2.1 Age and Eligibility Requirements

To open an account on haji bdt you must be at least 21 years old. If any inconsistency is found during age verification, the account may be suspended or permanently closed. All information provided at registration must be complete, accurate and up to date.

• Each person may open only one account — multiple accounts using the same device, IP address or mobile number are not permitted.
• Account credentials (username, password) must not be shared with any third party.

2.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Use a strong password and never share it with anyone. If you forget your password, use the recovery option on the login page. haji bdt will never ask for your password by email or live chat.

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on haji bdt is ৳300 (three hundred taka). Deposits can be made through the following methods:

For bank transfers, major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank are accepted. Fill in your deposit details correctly — haji bdt will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawal methods are the same as deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

Account verification (KYC) must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed. To withdraw a bonus balance, the associated wagering requirement must be met. Submit the required documents to the support team for verification.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

haji bdt offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you receive a ৳1,000 bonus — giving a total balance of ৳2,000. To withdraw this bonus, you must wager the bonus amount 10 times (৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000).

Bonus funds are not cash — they can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met. If bonus abuse or attempts to collect bonuses through multiple accounts are detected, the account may be cancelled.

4.2 VIP Cashback Program

haji bdt's VIP program has five tiers. Each tier provides cashback at a set rate on weekly net losses:

Example: a Gold tier member with ৳20,000 in net losses for the week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 cashback. Cashback is calculated on a weekly basis, and members can move up to a higher tier based on consistent active play.

5.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the haji bdt platform:

• Opening or operating an account using a false identity or someone else's information.
• Using bots, automated software or any other technical method to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful transaction.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts to obtain bonus benefits.
• Attempting to breach the site's security measures or gain unauthorised access to the server.
• Misconduct or harassment of other users.

If any of the above activities are proven, the account will be cancelled along with all balances, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

5.2 Using Support Services

• Intellectual property related to game content belongs to the respective game developers (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, etc.).
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or modify the platform's content is prohibited.

10.2 Account Closure

Users may request closure of their account at any time via live chat. All pending bets and withdrawals must be settled before the account is closed.

haji bdt may unilaterally close an account in the following circumstances:

• Serious breach of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Bonus abuse or operation of multiple accounts.
• Suspected money laundering or related unlawful activity.
